From here to your first order

  1. Create your ArcardeMall accountRegister with an email address or your Ugandan phone number. One account covers both buying and selling.
  2. Describe your storeGive the store a name, pick the category your goods fall under, and add the WhatsApp number customers should reach you on.
  3. Choose a planPlans differ in how many products you can list. You can change plan later as the store grows.
  4. Submit for reviewWe check the store details before it goes live. Approval usually takes under 24 hours.
  5. List your products and start sellingAdd products with photos and prices in UGX. Orders arrive with the buyer already paid into escrow, and boda-boda delivery is arranged from the app.

Questions sellers ask

What does it cost to sell on ArcardeMall?
A monthly plan fee based on how many products you list, plus a commission on each completed sale. Both are shown before you submit the store, and there is no charge for listing a product that does not sell.
How and when am I paid?
Buyers pay into escrow when they order. Once delivery is confirmed the money is released to your mobile-money account. You can follow every movement in the vendor dashboard ledger.
Do I need a registered business to sell?
No. Individual traders and market stalls can open a store. You do need a working Ugandan mobile-money number to receive payouts.
Who delivers the orders?
Registered boda-boda riders on the platform. You hand the parcel to the assigned rider; the buyer confirms receipt with a delivery code.
How long does approval take?
Usually under 24 hours. You will be emailed as soon as the store is live.
